Quick Oats (red)

A little cardigan, for a baby 6 months old.
I used 4 different kinds of yarns: cotton, acrylic, ribbon and wool,
and of various gauge (15-21st). Although this was a bit risky, I am
happy with the result.

In raverly here.

shalom (rose)

This is my second shalom cardigan, in pink, with no sleeves-as I did not have enough yarn. I only used 2 skeins of Zeeman Julia yarn (340m), purchased last February in Kortrjik, Belgium.

Shalom

 wool in mid-summer

Every time I start a new project, I find myself taking pictures of the first, starting stitches on the needles, as if I need to have a proof of this pile of yarn becoming a wearable garment. I still find it hard to believe this miracle!

This is a new project: I am making Shalom cardigan but with long sleeves.

It has been a long time since I last started a project other than shawl/hat/mittens, so I am very excited (and carefully slow-paced).

It has been since February that I added this yarn in my stash.
Acrylic 80% and wool 20%, bulky, very soft and cloudish-colored, I brought it home from a trip in Kortrijk, Belgium.
